International Shipping
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Returns
At TentsOnLine.net we are committed to the total satisfaction of your purchase. We offer Top Quality Name Brands you can count on! What if my purchase is damaged or defective? Our suppliers hold to the highest standards of quality control, and all our products are warranted by the manufacturers. If by chance you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us info@tentsonline.net within 3 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and return instructions. If product is damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately, any shipping damage will be the responsibility of the shipping company and we cannot be held liabble.
All items must have an RMA# to be accepted for warranty, and must be complete in original factory packaging. All product replacements or repairs will be done at the discretion of the Manufacturer. Damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days of being contacted with the Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once the item is received you will be reimbursed the return shipping cost of the item and insurance. Return of damaged item without a replacement: If the customer chooses not to receive a replacement or exchange for the damaged item, the above guidelines still apply (please read above and below carefully). The customer will be reimbursed the return shipping charges and insurance after the item has been received and inspected. The original purchase price will be reimbursed less 15% for restocking fees, and the original shipping cost.
Back orders: If a delay or back order occurs you will be notified within 1-2 business days via e-mail. Occasionally a back order is needed and can take as much as 3-4 weeks to fulfill. You may contact us to verify shipping estimated time of arrival before ordering if you wish. If your item is back ordered you may choose another item and the difference will be added or credited to your method of payment, or you may request an exchange or full refund if notified 7 days of backorder status notification. Returns: If you wish to return an item that is not a warranty, please contact us immediately info@tentsonline.net with your request. You will be issued an RMA # and instructions on returning your item. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted. In turn, Ship the item back within 3 business days after receiving an email confirmation.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in “resalable” and packed in NEW condition as when it was shipped to you with all original materials, instructions and packing. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. After we have received and verified the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less the shipping and 15% restocking fee , within 7 business days. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions. Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Cancellation: If buyer chooses to cancel order before shipped there will be a 8% processing fee withheld from refund. (If contacted immediately)otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply. If buyer cancels order after shipment of item there will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost withheld from refund.
If buyer does not contact us prior ordering by 2 or 3 day shipment and if NOT available, Customer will be responsible for 8% processing fee. No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be granted after item has been used. With exception to WARRANTY ISSUES(which requires an RMA #) No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued after 30 days of item shipment, with the exception of manufacturers warranty claims.
